Technique
- Begin standing with a weight on the floor in front of you.
- Bend your knees, hinge at your hips, and grab the weight with one hand, palm facing your body.
- With an explosive motion, extend your hips and knees, pulling the weight upward and all the way overhead in a single motion.
Form tips
- Use the power from your hips and legs to generate momentum for lifting the weight.
