Technique

  1. Lie on your back, grab a Dumbbell and hold it straight up above your shoulder.
  2. Push your shoulder forward ( Shoulder protraction) while keeping your back on the ground.
  3. Then bring your shoulder back down.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
