Technique

  1. Stand tall and grab a staff on one end, elbow bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Rotate the staff from side to side by moving the hand without moving your elbow from the side.

Form tips

  • Increase or decrease the difficulty by moving the grip along the staff.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
