Technique
- Start from a Straddle handstand position.
- Bend your arms to lower down, as if you were going to do a Handstand pushup, except that you lean forward more.
- At the bottom, your body is parallel to the floor. That position is the same as the bottom position of a Straddle planche pushup.
- Reverse the motion to go back up to the starting position.

- Avoid arching the back and avoid using momentum.
