Technique

  1. Start in a Support position on parallel bars with arms locked.
  2. Slowly lift your straight legs in front of you toward a horizontal position.
  3. Hold the L-sit briefly, then lower them back down with control and repeat.

Form tips

  • Avoid using momentum or swinging your legs.
  • Keep your chest open and Shoulder depression.
