Technique

  1. Hold a Staff or Strap in both hands, wider than shoulder-width apart, with your palms facing down and your arms extended.
  2. Bring the stick or strap behind your back, over your head.
  3. You can make a linear back-and-forth motion by moving your hands together or bringing them one hand at a time.

Form tips

  • You can increase or decrease the intensity by moving your grip closer or wider.
  • Keep the core engaged to not compensate with the lower back.
  • Look straight in front of you to not compensate with the neck.
  • Keep control of the movement the entire time
