Technique

  1. While standing or sitting, make your shoulders go in circles, without activating the rest of your body.
  2. Go slowly and push your shoulders as far as they can go, focusing on exploring the full range of motion in Shoulder elevation, Shoulder protraction, Shoulder depression and Shoulder retraction.
Logging: Perform circles continuously, alternating or switching halfway.
