Technique
- Begin in a squat position, grasping a Kettlebell with one hand using an overhand grip.
- Explosively extend your hips and knees to pull the weight upward in a vertical line close to your body.
- As the weight reaches shoulder height, rotate your hand and press upward to fully extend the arm overhead in one motion.
Form tips
- Use the power from your lower body to generate momentum for lifting the weight.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
