Technique

  1. Anchor a band close to the ground.
  2. Sit on the ground sufficiently far from the anchor so that the band is under tension when wrapped around one of your feet.
  3. Pull the working foot toward yourself by flexing at the ankle, then let the band pull your foot back away from your.

Form tips

  • Keep your toes curled so that the band does not snap away.
