Technique
- Stand on one leg and raise the other leg in front, knee bent
- Rotate the lower leg inward so your foot is in front of you
- Rotate the lower leg outward so your foot is out to the side

- Rotate the leg from the hip socket.
- Keep the thigh parallel to the floor
