Technique

  1. Lie on the ground, facing up, arms overhead, and take a Hollow body position: tight core, lower back touching the ground, legs straight and off the ground.
  2. Lift your legs up and contract your Abs to lift your upper back off the ground.
  3. Try to reach for your feet with your hands.
  4. Do not use momentum: be in control of every position you go through.
