Technique
- Lie down on your back, with one foot up on a Stability ball, the other leg straight up in the air, and your butt right under the knees.
- Push on your foot and activate your Glutes to lift your hips up as high as possible.
- Keep your shoulders down on the ground.
- Slowly come back down and repeat.
