Technique

  1. Lean forward and place your hands on the sled’s vertical bars.
  2. Drive your feet into the ground with small, powerful steps.
  3. Move the sled forward while maintaining constant tension and rhythm.

Form tips

  • Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.
  • Do not let your back arch during the push.
