Technique

  1. Start lying on your back on the ground, with the legs slightly bent and holding a weight in front of your chest.
  2. Sit up and shift the weight slightly forward to help lifting your chest up.
  3. Press the weight overhead, then bring it back down to chest height.
  4. Smoothly roll back to the starting position.
