Technique
- Stand on one leg and swing the other one up to the side.
- You can swing your arms at the same time to help maintain balance.
Form tips
- Start with a small range of motion, then as you muscles get warmer, increase the height to which you swing the front leg to gradually reach your current maximum range of motion.
- Aim to keep your legs straight.
