Technique
- Stand on one leg on a Slant board with the free leg extended forward.
- Perform a quarter-depth squat by bending the standing knee.
- Push through the foot to return to the starting position.
Form tips
- The heel should be higher than the toes on the inclined surface.
- Keep your torso as upright as possible.
