Technique
- Stand on one leg on a Slant board.
- Perform a Pistol squat, lowering until your thigh touches your calf.
- Push through the slanted foot to return to the starting position.
Form tips
- Use the Slant board to assist with ankle mobility if needed.
- Keep the non-working leg straight and lifted in front.
