Technique
- Stand with your arms out to the sides and elbows bent at 90 degrees, hands pointing down and palm facing backward
- Rotate your shoulders to bring your forearms up until the hands point up and palm is facing forward
- Rotate them back down to the starting position and repeat.

- Keep your upper arms horizontal and parallel to the ground.
