Technique

  1. Stand at the base of a staircase.
  2. Lift one foot and place it firmly on the first step, driving through the heel to lift your body.
  3. Bring the other foot up to the next step and continue the climb in a rhythmic manner.

Form tips

  • Keep your torso upright and gaze forward.
  • Place your full foot on each step to ensure stability.
