Technique

  1. Face the sled and grasp the handles or the attached rope.
  2. Hinge at the hips and lean your weight slightly backward.
  3. Walk backward to move the sled toward you.

Form tips

  • Push through your heels and maintain a neutral Spine.
  • Keep your chest lifted throughout the entire pull.
