Technique
- Stand in front of a Stability ball and place your hands on it.
- Slowly roll forward onto your forearms until your body is fully extended.
- Then roll back to the starting position.

- Keep the Abs engaged at all times, with a posterior Pelvic tilt.
- Keep the arms and legs straight.
